Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. There may be instances of higher order volume which may slow the process down by one business day.

Shipping Timeframe: All packages will be shipped with USPS ground advantage or first class mail which will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days. If shipping outside of the country, please allow between 7-21 business days for your item to arrive. All orders are packaged and shipped from Sacramento, California.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (if using ground advantage). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package and estimate its arrival date. Please understand that first class mail does not offer tracking information while ground advantage does, hence the price difference.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
